Peggy Troy, President and CEO of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin
“Follow your Passion – the Difference a Servant Leader Makes”
Peggy Troy has held progressive leadership roles in both adult and pediatric health systems prior to coming to Children’s Hospital in 2009. Past roles include Executive Vice President and COO of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, President and CEO of Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center and President of Cook Children’s Medical Center. She has served on the national board of the Children’s Hospital Association, an organization of 220 children’s hospitals nationwide that advances child health through innovation in quality, cost and delivery of care. She is regularly invited to Washington, D.C. to collaborate with public and elected officials regarding pediatric health care policy, rights and opportunities.
Peggy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University and a Master’s in Nursing from DePaul University.
Peggy is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and serves on the boards of Marquette University, the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and Teach for America. Peggy is also the current chair of the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center board of directors.
