The School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) are an international congregation of women religious with nearly 2,300 members. Founded in 1833 by Blessed Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger in Bavaria, SSND now live and minister in 30 countries spanning five continents and continue to “share in Christ’s mission to proclaim the good news of God’s reign.”
