- All raffle tickets must be purchased in Minnesota.
- Forms will also be available at Our Lady of Good Counsel.
- All entries must be returned by September 25, 2018, for the drawing.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter and win.
- Only cash and checks will be accepted.
