Sister Records

The NAA houses records for over 13,000 School Sisters of Notre Dame. Our collection includes materials for sisters, such as biographical information, records of their ministries, photographs, and personal and creative works.

What information we can provide for deceased sisters:

  • Biographical information (date of birth and death; religious formation dates; etc.)
  • Record of her ministries
  • Obituaries
  • Newspaper articles and other published materials
  • Personal and creative works (may include published works; academic works; poetry; artwork; musical compositions; records from ministries or business founded by a sister, etc.)
