Theresa Francis, Principal at Notre Dame School of Dallas and SSND Associate

“My Spiritual Formation – Led and Formed by the Charism of the School Sisters of Notre Dame”

Theresa Francis has served as the Principal for the Notre Dame School of Dallas since 1993. Prior to this, she served as director of the Vocational Center for the school since 1986. She is a graduate of Ursuline Academy in Dallas, where she was named the Distinguished Alumna in 2006. She also received the Merit Award for Exemplary Service from the Order of the Alhambra in 2006. In 2013, she was named the Distinguished Catholic School Principal for the Diocese of Dallas. Theresa has served on several boards including the Green Oaks School, the Association for Independent Living Centers and the Developmental Disabilities Network.

Theresa is an SSND associate and a member of St. Monica parish, where she serves as Eucharistic minister. She is married to her husband of 41 years, Mike, and has one son and two grandchildren.
